未發生的事別先焦慮
當未來充滿不確定性，人就很容易在腦中一直擔憂不好的事情會發生，當人肌肉長期緊繃，會有很多惡性循環，例如睡得不好、容易覺得累、脾氣暴躁、專注力下降，心情便會低落。其實我們很多時煩惱的事情並不會發生，但當你把精力都放在擔憂未發生的事情上，反而會耽擱現在的事情，打亂之後的計劃，所以先把現在能做好的事情做好吧！

學會正確分辨資訊
工作上很多時候事情計劃都趕不上變化，但我們先不要太擔心，遇到事情時都先不要輕易下結論，應該先觀察，好好區分什麼是雜訊，什麼是有用的資訊，再作出修改，因當事情發生了，別人的資訊有可能是不全面，也有可能是錯誤的，所以學會去分析整合，可能情況根本不需要作出很大的修正，別自亂陣腳。

不要過分內疚
每個上班族，特別是新手，不論大事或小事都可能曾經犯錯，適當的記取教訓，讓自己下次不要再犯同樣的錯誤本來是好事，但如果你是很容易陷入過分自責或悔恨當中，其實是不需要的，過度警惕會令你造成更大壓力，反而無法在工作上繼續有正常和冷靜的表現，影響你的日常職場生活。

工作要量力而為
