【消委會報告】能量棒是致肥的陷阱!24款高糖能量棒一覽

從去年9月至10月期間,消委會從各大百貨公司及零售店等不同地方收集市面上常見的12款能量棒及26小食棒作為樣本,結果發現高達24款小食棒含糖量過高,另外2款能量棒則測出高脂肪成分。

根據世界衛生組織的建議,每個成年人一天的糖分攝取最好控制在30-40克之間,而24款的高糖小食棒裡每100克就含有超過15克的糖分,換言之2個小食棒已經相當於每日的糖分攝取量。

另外,在這個24款小食棒裡面家樂氏就佔據了3款,分別是Coco Pops Cereal Bar、Crunchy Nut Cereal Bar及Frosties Cereal Bar口味。整體來說絕大部分含糖量高的小食棒都具備了水果類和朱古力的成分,因此導致含糖量增加。
除此之外,兩款高脂肪的能量棒分別是健身人士最愛的Hammer Nutrition Hammer Bar-Chocolate Chip及Raw Bite Protein,兩款皆含有大量朱古力成分。
