1. 辭職信應該交給HR，還是直屬上司？
當決定辭職時，應第一時間通知直屬上司，辭職信亦要親手交給上司，千萬不要直接交給HR，因為如果上司是由其他人口中知道你辭職的消息，會感到不被尊重。另外，切勿以WhatsApp通知上司辭職，否則會被留下不好印象，除非上司剛好出差，迫不得已才用電郵通知，記住要在信內添加一句表示歉意的說話。

2. 辭職信的內容怎麼寫？
辭職信最重要的是要寫清楚辭去的職位、離職日期，辭職原因，語氣需正面。如果希望公司給予推薦信，可以在信內提及。

3. 辭職會面的最佳時間
通知上司辭職時，當然要選擇他方便的時間，如果你知道他十分鐘後要開會，請另選時間。可以選擇接近放工時間向上司提出辭職，因為請辭後就可以放工，減少尷尬。

4. 辭職時要講些什麼？
